一般(ban)碳含量(liang)≤0.25%的鋼(gang)叫高碳鋼(gang),高碳鋼(gang)淬火(huo)機(ji)構為(wei)金相組織和(he)小量(liang)鐵素體,其抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度較低(di)(di),塑性(xing)(xing)變形和(he)延展性(xing)(xing)不錯,便(bian)于拉(la)撥(bo)、沖壓(ya)模具、擠壓(ya)成型、煅造和(he)電(dian)焊焊接,在其中20Cr鋼(gang)主要(yao)用途比較普遍。該鋼(gang)有一定的抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度,這類鋼(gang)熱處理超低(di)(di)溫淬火(huo)后具備優(you)良(liang)的綜合性(xing)(xing)物理性(xing)(xing)能,超低(di)(di)溫斷裂韌性(xing)(xing)優(you)良(liang),淬火(huo)延性(xing)(xing)不顯(xian)著(zhu)。
主(zhu)要用(yong)途:在機(ji)械(xie)(xie)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)行(xing)業中(zhong)適合制(zhi)做電焊(han)焊(han)接零(ling)部(bu)件(jian)及其經煅造(zao)、熱(re)沖(chong)壓模具和機(ji)械(xie)(xie)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)制(zhi)造(zao)而不(bu)會受(shou)到高(gao)地應力的零(ling)件(jian),在汽輪(lun)發電機(ji)和加(jia)(jia)熱(re)爐加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)業中(zhong)有用(yong)以非浸蝕物質(zhi)中(zhong)工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)的水管、法蘭(lan)盤、聯箱及各種各樣標準件(jian);也適用(yong)生產制(zhi)造(zao)小車(che)(che)、大(da)拖拉(la)機(ji)及一般(ban)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)行(xing)業中(zhong)的大(da)中(zhong)小型(xing)滲氮、碳(tan)氮共滲等零(ling)件(jian),如車(che)(che)上的剎車(che)(che)剎車(che)(che)蹄、桿杠軸(zhou)、變速器速叉、傳動系統普(pu)攻傳動齒輪(lun)及大(da)拖拉(la)機(ji)上發動機(ji)凸輪(lun)軸(zhou)、懸架平衡(heng)器軸(zhou)、平衡(heng)器內外軸(zhou)套等;在重、中(zhong)小型(xing)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)行(xing)業中(zhong),如鍛制(zhi)或防止的支撐(cheng)桿、鉤環、桿杠、套筒規格、工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)夾具等。
高(gao)(gao)碳鋼(gang)滲(shen)氮:碳含水量(liang)在0.15%左右(you)的(de)高(gao)(gao)碳鋼(gang)經滲(shen)碳淬火、超(chao)低溫淬火解決后,用以(yi)規定(ding)表面(mian)規定(ding)強度高(gao)(gao)、耐(nai)磨(mo)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)好(hao)的(de)軸、軸套、鏈輪鏈條(tiao)和(he)一些注塑模(mo)具(ju)(ju)等(deng)零(ling)(ling)件。高(gao)(gao)碳鋼(gang)經滲(shen)碳淬火、超(chao)低溫淬火解決后贏得(de)表層(ceng)為(wei)高(gao)(gao)碳鋼(gang)奧(ao)氏體、芯部為(wei)低碳環保奧(ao)氏體的(de)機構,進而確保表層(ceng)具(ju)(ju)備很高(gao)(gao)韌性(xing)(xing)、高(gao)(gao)耐(nai)磨(mo)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)而芯部具(ju)(ju)備非常好(hao)的(de)抗壓(ya)強度、延(yan)展性(xing)(xing)。合適(shi)制做剎(cha)車剎(cha)車蹄(ti)、桿(gan)杠軸、變速器速叉、傳(chuan)動系統普攻傳(chuan)動齒輪及大拖拉(la)機上發(fa)動機凸(tu)輪軸、懸架(jia)平衡(heng)器軸、平衡(heng)器內(nei)外軸套、套筒(tong)規格、工(gong)裝夾具(ju)(ju)等(deng)零(ling)(ling)件。
